Ticket access may be age-restricted (e.g., 19+ for certain Ontario events); Age restrictions may vary by location and will be explicitly stated in the event description. Sessions reserves the right to refuse admission for safety, security, or non-compliance with event rules.
   
   
4. Merch & Media: All designs and content are created in-house. Sessions reserves the right to use clips from other videographers/photographers in the curation of our content and applicable credits will be given each time. Visuals and variations in product size, color, and availability may occur — variations are part of the artistic process.

6. Liability: Sessions isn’t liable for personal loss or injury—except where law mandates. Sessions is not responsible for:
   1. event cancellations/delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, government restrictions),

7. Trademarks & Intellectual property: All creative assets belong to Sessions. All Sessions content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use without authorization may result in removal requests, DMCA takedowns, and/or charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Tickets

• Final sale with no refund unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
• If the event is canceled, you are eligible for a full refund to original payment method.
• If the event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date, or you may opt for a refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• In extenuating circumstances, you can reach out to [email protected] to request a refund.

1. Merchandise

• 14-day return window—items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• You cover shipping unless the item is defective.
• Refunds issued back to original payment method.
